Processing Time

In-stock items: ship within 3 business days of placing your order.

Pre-orders: please allow 5–7 weeks for fulfillment (this will be noted on the product page).
All orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada.
Shipping Times & Carriers
Canada
We ship via Purolator, UPS, and Canada Post.
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days, depending on your location.
United States
All U.S. orders ship via DHL Express.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Duties, Brokerage & Taxes

All orders ship duty-free within Canada.
United States
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and fees. If you have questions, contact us at hello@msharmonica.com.
Taxes
Prices on our website do not include taxes. Any applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout in your Order Summary.
Local Pickup (Vancouver Area Only)
If you selected Local Pickup, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready. A follow-up message will include pickup instructions and any safety guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
Please note:
If your order isn’t picked up within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notification, it will be considered abandoned. Your shoes will be returned to stock and the order will be automatically cancelled.
